Aquello que determina si una enseñanza es budista o no es si está comprendida dentro de los Cuatro Grandes Sellos. Cada uno de los sellos muestra una parte irrefutable de la realidad, las cuales guían a las y los practicantes hacía la liberación del sufrimiento.
Las dos verdades hablan de dos realidades. La convencional, aquella que percibimos comúnmente, y la última, la realidad objetiva y verdadera la cual es nuestro objetivo vislumbrar. Una no puede existir sin la otra.
El resto del camino budista depende de una buena comprensión de estos dos temas.
Geshe Rinchen se graduó del título académico Geshe Lharampa (doctorado de 20 años) en la Universidad Monástica de Sera. Hace 6 años que reside en el Monasterio de Nalanda, Toulouse y viaja por Europa facilitando las profundas enseñanzas Buda de forma práctica y sencilla.

That which determines whether a teaching is Buddhist or not is whether it is comprised within the Four Great Seals. Each of the seals shows an irrefutable part of reality, which guide practitioners towards the liberation of suffering.
The two truths speak of two realities. The conventional one, the one we commonly perceive, and the last one, the objective and true reality which is our objective to glimpse. One cannot exist without the other.
The rest of the Buddhist path depends on a good understanding of these two themes.
Geshe Rinchen graduated from the Geshe Lharampa academic degree (20-year PhD) at the Monastic University of Sera. He has lived in the Monastery of Nalanda, Toulouse for 6 years and travels through Europe, facilitating the deep Buddha teachings in a practical and simple way.
